By creating an account or using any Resume-AI tool — whether on a free or paid plan — you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using Resume-AI on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Resume-AI is an AI-powered career platform offering tools including resume auditing, resume building, job tailoring, cover letter generation, interview preparation, salary negotiation coaching, LinkedIn optimization, and job tracking. Features vary by plan (Free, Pro, Pro Annual).
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Resume-AI uses artificial intelligence to generate content including resume rewrites, cover letters, interview answers, and other outputs. You acknowledge that:
You retain ownership of the resume content and personal information you submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely to provide our services to you.
The Resume-AI platform, branding, design, and underlying technology are owned by TMADE INC. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from any part of our platform without written permission.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
The free plan is provided as-is with limited features. We may modify, restrict, or discontinue free plan features at any time without notice.
Resume-AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI outputs will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose. Use of our platform is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TMADE INC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Resume-AI — including lost job opportunities, lost income, or decisions made based on AI-generated content. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TMADE INC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by displaying a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
