Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, all three of the following conditions must be met at the time of your request:

  • Request made after 7 days from the date of purchase
  • Resume or document downloaded under a Paid/Pro/Career+ plan
  • Significant use of advanced AI features (AI optimization, JD matcher, etc.)
  • Repeated refund requests or suspected misuse of the refund policy

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, follow the steps below. We aim to make this process as smooth as possible.

Use the Contact Support form on this page within 7 days of purchase. Include your name, account email, and date of purchase.

Resolution attempt
Our team will first try to resolve any issues with your account or experience before processing a refund.

Refund approval
If we are unable to resolve your concern and your request meets the eligibility criteria, your refund will be approved and confirmed by email.

Funds returned
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days, minus any payment provider transaction charges.

Refund Amount & Method

Approved refunds are issued for the paid amount minus applicable payment provider charges (e.g., Stripe, PayPal processing fees). These fees are charged by third-party processors and are outside of our control.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We do not issue refunds via alternative methods such as store credit, gift cards, or bank transfer unless specifically agreed upon in writing.
